Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your Quantum account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
